SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services purchased online from ONLY AESTHETICS.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Strictly No Refunds

All payments made for services are final and strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the service is utilized.
No refunds will be provided in the event of:

  • non-attendance or late attendance;

  • failure to schedule or utilize the service within the validity period; or

  • change of mind after purchase.

2. Transferability

Services purchased may be transferred to another individual provided that:

  • the company is notified in advance of the transfer; and

  • the transferee agrees to comply with all service terms and conditions.

Services remain non-refundable after transfer.

3. Validity Period

Where a validity period applies, the customer must utilize the service within the stipulated timeframe. Services not used within this period will automatically lapse and cannot be refunded, extended, or converted to cash.

4. Exceptions Required by Law

Refunds will only be granted in circumstances where required by law, including where the service has been misrepresented, is not as described, or cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the company. Such remedies will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 (CPFTA) and other applicable laws of Singapore.

5. Discretionary Service Credits

At its sole discretion, the company may provide service credits or alternative services in lieu of a refund. Such measures are discretionary and shall not be construed as an admission of liability or an entitlement to a refund.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCTS RECEIVED DO NOT MATCH MY ORDER?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, kindly email us at hello@onlyaesthetics.sg or WhatsApp +65 6223 4434 for us to investigate and arrange the product exchange service recovery for you accordingly within 5 business days.

Please include the following details into our email such as

(a) order number
(b) your full name
(c) your shipping address
(d) the items/products in question
(e) your parcel arrival details – by who – what time was the parcel received in good order
(f) photo of products in question

IF I REGRETTED MY PURCHASE, CAN I GET A REFUND?

At ONLY AESTHETICS, we maintain strict standards of hygiene and service quality. Accordingly:

  1. Products

    • All skincare and haircare products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.

    • As these items are for personal consumption and direct application on the face, body, hair, and/or scalp, we do not accept returns or refunds to avoid any risk of cross-contamination.

    • An exchange will only be permitted if the delivered product(s) is inaccurate or not as ordered.

  2. Services

    • All services purchased, whether online or in-store, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether they are utilised.

    • Services may, however, be transferred to another individual with prior notification to the company, subject to the terms and conditions of use.

    • Unused services within the stipulated validity period will automatically lapse without refund or extension.

  3. Company Discretion

    • Any exchange, credit, or replacement for products or services shall be at the sole discretion of ONLY AESTHETICS.

    • All shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges, if incurred, shall be fully borne by the customer.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION AND PARCEL RESHIPMENT POLICY

We kindly request your attention to the matter of delivery address accuracy.
It is imperative that you thoroughly review and confirm the delivery address provided to us to ensure the secure and successful delivery of your parcel.
In the event that an inaccurate or incomplete address is furnished, resulting in the return of your parcel, please be advised that there will be an additional cost associated with the reshipment of your package.
This additional charge is necessary to cover the expenses incurred due to the incorrect delivery address.

FAULTY PRODUCT BOTTLE CAP EXCHANGE POLICY

In the interest of maintaining product integrity and upholding our commitment to quality, we request customers to inspect their purchases upon receipt.
If any defects pertaining to the product bottle caps are observed, please notify us and initiate an exchange request within a strict timeframe of 5 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please note that this policy is specifically tailored to address defects identified immediately upon receipt of the product.
Defects reported after usage of the product will not fall under this exchange provision.
Regrettably, exchange requests made after the aforementioned 5-day window will not be accommodated.
We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

After we have received your order, we will take 1-3 business days to process your order, before the actual shipment and delivery.
Orders that are placed after 5pm SGT (GMT+8) on the same day will be processed for in the next business day.

You will receive a notification email along your tracking number for shipping update and tracking purposes once your order has been scheduled for delivery.

This is applicable for both Local and International orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

Order processing at ONLY AESTHETICS will take 1 – 3 days to be processed and a shipping confirmation email will be sent out upon purchase.

At the moment, we offer 2 delivery methods.

1. Self Collection* : Free
2. Standard shipping (3 – 4 business days) : $10

For self collection, you may visit any of our ONLY® branches with e-invoice presented at the counter to pick up the item. Do take note that for self-collection will only be ready at the branch after 1 business day.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ENCOUNTER SHIPPING DELAYS?

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
When selecting any local or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Please use the tracking number provided to track your packages.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as ONLY AESTHETICS is only charging the transportation fee for your order.

ONLY AESTHETICS does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
By placing an international order (shipping outside of Singapore), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to Singapore, ONLY AESTHETICS will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to ONLY AESTHETICS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
  • ONLY AESTHETICS is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • ONLY AESTHETICS cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • ONLY AESTHETICS is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
