I got Coolsculpting on my abdomen and arms. After two months, I definitely see a difference.
I only got the procedure one time but my belly and arms are smaller and my shirts fit better.

The procedure itself is painless, though the area is very tender after and I had a lot of nerve pain for about a week after in the abdomen area. My arms had no pain. Not the best part of it, but it's better than the brutal recovery that plastic surgery requires.

It's not designed for you to lose a ton of weight. It's to get certain pockets of fat so you look better. Overall I'm happy with it and want to do it again. I was very insecure about my fat stomach before and I feel a lot better about it now.
