WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HIFU AND MULTI-SEQUENTIAL ULTRASOUND?

A article published by Laser in Medical Sciences states that High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is widely used for skin rejuvenation & tightening.

While Multi-Sequential Ultrasound (MSU) on the other hand leverages the sequential frequency to break down up to 13mm depth of fat. A non-invasive treatment that will guarantee the destruction of layers of fat beneath the skin. It delivers sequential pulses into the skin, from 1.5mm to 4.5mm, the higher and stronger the pulse, the deeper it penetrates into your skin and you will notice a better effect.

Multi-Sequential Ultrasound (MSU) ONLIFT treatment is available exclusively at ONLY Aesthetics.

OnLift Treatment at Only Aesthetics

In 2019, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery did a case study on 12 Korean subjects where each of their skin elasticity was measured via a Cutometer and it was observed that there was significant improvements on their skin after 12 weeks post treatment on their treated areas.

After comparing both HIFU and MSU, yes, both of the above has it’s own benefit but you are able to notice immediate lifting & firming of your skin with MSU whereas HIFU takes up to 12 weeks to see results. On top of that, HIFU comes with a pain factor whereas MSU is a painless option.
