3 Workouts For Toned Busts
Are you going all-in on your breast enhancement plan and doing all that you can to maximize the result? Add bust workout to your “Do it for the breast I want (And deserve)” list because hey, it doesn’t get more natural than this.
To be clear, there is no workout that will magically increase your cup size, but there are workouts that will tone your breast, making it look more firm and perky, and there are also upper arm and shoulder workout that will tone the area and make your breast look bigger. Which is basically a natural push up bra that you don’t ever have to take off (That is, unless you really let yourself go…)
Hate exercise? So did I. Good thing we live in 2015, and the society is all about fitness and health, more and more woman hit up the gym and take control of their body shape, if you’re really hating the idea of exercising, a good way to get into it is find motivation. Fire up that Instagram and look at those fitness models, if they can do it, so can you! Like many things in life, the hardest part is always to get started, which is never, never as hard as you think! Don’t believe me? Well, just ten short minutes ago I thought there was no way I’m writing another article today after a long day of researching and writing with a serious shortage of chocolate in my apartment… And here we are!
After you find your fitness goddess…. I mean your motivation, most likely on Instagram, one extra step you can take to make sure you get through with it and built up the habit is to get a workout buddy with goals and achievements set up. That way you have something to work toward to, and let’s face it, it is a lot easier to discipline someone else than discipline yourself. Make sure you goals are simple and achievable in each session, for example, instead of setting up a goal of “skinnier upper arms by 0.5 inch”, make it something like “50 push-up’s each workout session”. Achievable goals play a key role in your workout success.
Now, let’s look at the breast exercises.
The “Plank” is one of the most common exercises in all kind of fitness plans as a core-strengthener, the T-Plank, in particular, is able to strengthen your shoulder, and remember, we want toned shoulder and upper arms for the “natural push-up bra” that we talked about earlier.
This exercise starts with a “push up” position (Don’t worry, this exercise is nothing like push-up’s), only that you rotate your body when you raise one arm up from the side to your top, forming a “T” with your body. Fit Studio has a detailed step by step for this exercise at https://www.fitstudio.com/exercises/t-plank, consider using a light weight with this exercise once you get the hang of it.
The Chest Pass
This exercise tone up your upper body, and that includes everyone’s favorite female upper body feature – the breast. Lie on a yoga mat face up, knees bent and feet flat. Make sure your lower back is pressed against the mat for abs toning. Hold a medicine ball at your chest level, throw it upward and catch it with straight up, repeat this and do it as fast as you can.
The Elbow Squeezes lifts your breast, works your chest muscles and make your chest firm and smooth.
Stand up with a dumbbell in each hand, slightly bent forward. Lift your dumbbell, bringing your arms to a 90 degree position with dumbbells now up in the air over your head and each arm on your side, now, bring your dumbbells together, squeeze for a few seconds and open your elbows again. Repeat for 10 – 15 minutes.
The 3 exercises mentioned above are some of the easiest and simplest chest workout for beginners, if you’re just starting to exercise, these should be enough for you to do a quick 30-45 minutes workout that don’t too much of your time and simple to follow through, which is important in any plan.
Like all things natural, the results take time, patience and consistency in your workouts, give it time and pace yourself, don’t forget to do some basic warm-up’s before any exercise!
